Theory test questions fail experienced drivers
Less than 1% of UK drivers correctly answered a sample of current driving theory test questions posed to them. Councils planning to sweep away new 20mph limit
Councils across Wales are preparing to exempt scores of roads from the new 20mph default speed limit in under a month’s time.
