The updated Highway Code & fines
The Highway Code was updated in January 2022 and with it there have been several changes to pre-existing rules that motorists are to abide by or risk being fined. 2,000 banned a week so far in 2021, Moneyshake told
Britain’s dangerous and bad drivers have been exposed. One-in-four dash cam recordings led to fines
Up to 89 dashcam video recordings of alleged motoring offences were submitted to police forces every day in 2019 and a quater led to prosecutions, said the RAC.
