Kia UK has ranked first place in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index from The Institute of Customer Service.
With 81.4 points out of 100, Kia was considerably higher than the automotive sector average of 78 points, further highlighting the brand’s dedication to providing excellent customer experiences. The average across all UK industry sectors was 75.8 points.
New car sales data for the EU in June from the European automakers’ trade association ACEA, shows that while hybrid-electric car sales continue to grow (+26% YoY in June), other powertrains – including battery electric cars – declined.
Overall EU car sales in June 2024 reached 1,089,925 units (+4.3% on last year’s pace).

Almost seven in ten UK parents (69%) are stressed about affording family days out during the summer holidays, in part caused by the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, according to a new study by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
